Training for as little as £150.00 EX VAT with the Train to Gain grant (Subject to individual applications). Programme Details: Trayn4Synergy is a leadership management training programme with a difference. The course has been designed to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to adapt into the workplace helping them get the best out of people and improve business and team performance. The course involves four workshops that focus on the fundamental skills of management, leadership and communication within the workplace with the fifth day supporting and leading fellow delegates on board a yacht in the Solent. Trayn4Synergy will be working with the Government’s Train to Gain programme to help local businesses’ access a grant from the Leadership and Management Advisory service. If eligible, the grant will enable businesses to save 80 per cent of the cost to enroll on the workshop and yacht-based programme. Overall Objectives: 1. Provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to get the very best out of people and improve business and team performance. 2. Provide an environment for sharing ideas, experiences, & learning with other delegates. To enjoy your time away from the workplace. 3. Think about what specific steps you will take outside of the 4 workshops and provide opportunities to reflect and action plan individual goals.
